Next Lab Italy Transparency Programme

The Next Clinics Group is committed to achieving excellence and conducting its business with honesty, transparency, and integrity, adhering to the highest ethical standards in the delivery of high-quality services to patients.

All staff members within the Next Clinics Group are expected to adhere to these high standards and have both the right and the duty to report any instances of misconduct within the Group as soon as reasonably possible.

For this reason, the various companies within the Group – including Next Lab Italy – have established a transparency channel through which individuals can report irregular or unlawful actions that breach applicable legal provisions, the Group’s Code of Conduct, the Anti-Corruption Policy, or any other internal regulation.

Please note that other matters, such as complaints about services received, employment-related issues, or queries regarding the processing of personal data, will NOT be handled through this channel and must be directed to the appropriate contacts.

Objectives of the transparency channel

  • Identify irregular behaviour
  • Promote transparency
  • Protect whistleblowers
  • Ensure confidentiality
  • Uphold an ethical corporate culture

How to file a report

Next Lab Italy uses a whistleblowing system managed by an independent external provider: “SeeHearSpeakUp”. You can access the system and submit your written report by following this link, or by calling **800 798 803**. You may also attach any documentation that proves or supports the facts you are reporting.

If you wish, you may file your report anonymously, allowing SeeHearSpeakUp to share the content of your report with Next Lab Italy without disclosing your personal details, unless you have given prior consent.

Upon submission, you will be assigned a tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of your report. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within seven calendar days.

Reports are forwarded to the relevant controllers, ensuring a double-checking mechanism in the investigations that will be carried out to clarify the reported facts.

Investigations will be completed within three months, with a possible extension of a further three months.

Whistleblower protection

  • Information: The whistleblower will receive an acknowledgement of receipt within seven days and a response on the action taken within three months, extendable by a further three months if there are valid and justified reasons. Individuals concerned have the right to be informed of the allegations against them and to be heard.
  • Confidentiality: The whistleblower may choose to identify themselves during the process, but the recipients of the report must not disclose the whistleblower’s identity or details of the report without their consent.
  • Freedom from retaliation: Provided the report is made in good faith, the whistleblower is protected from any form of retaliation.
  • Support measures: The whistleblower may request confidential advice and support and will have access to a range of support measures provided by the relevant bodies and authorities.

External reporting channels: In addition to the internal reporting channel, whistleblowers may also contact external channels, in particular the National Anti-Corruption Authority (A.N.AC.).
