Your personal data will be processed, provided that you have given your consent, for the following purposes:

  1. b) Legitimate interest

Where necessary, Next Lab Italy srl will process your personal data to satisfy its legitimate interests, provided that your interests, fundamental rights and freedoms do not override these legitimate interests of Next Lab Italy srl.

In this regard, your data may be processed to analyse your needs and respond to your requests for information, including subsequent segmentation to identify specific characteristics of our audience that may be useful in future advertising campaigns.

  1. c) Legal obligation applicable to the Data Controller

Next Lab Italy srl will process your data for the purpose of obtaining, storing, and managing the consents related to data protection that have been provided, in order to demonstrate compliance with applicable data protection legislation. 1. How long will we retain your data?

Next Lab Italy srl will comply with current legislation concerning the obligation to delete personal data once the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled, or when you withdraw your consent to processing. After this, your data will only be available to courts and relevant authorities to address any potential liabilities arising from the processing and only for the legally mandated time periods. Once these retention periods have expired, the data will be securely and permanently deleted.

  1. How do we obtain your data?

The personal data processed by Next Lab Italy srl is always provided directly by the data subjects through the various contact channels: web forms, satisfaction surveys, information requests, etc.

COOKIES

We use cookies and pixel tags to track how our customers use our websites and to understand their preferences (such as country and language settings). This allows us to provide services to our customers and improve their online experience. We also use cookies and pixel tags to collect aggregated data on website traffic and interactions, in order to identify trends and obtain statistics that help us improve our website.

Generally speaking, there are three categories of cookies used on our websites:

  • Technical cookies: These cookies are necessary for basic website functions and are therefore always enabled. They include cookies that allow you to be remembered as you navigate our web pages within a single session or, if requested, from session to session. They help make the checkout and checkout processes possible, as well as assist with security and compliance issues.
  • Profiling cookies: These cookies enable us to improve the functionality of our web pages by monitoring usage. In some cases, these cookies enhance the speed with which we can process your request and allow us to remember the website preferences you have selected. Refusing these cookies may result in less tailored recommendations and slower website performance.
  • Third-party cookies (social networks and advertising): Social network cookies give you the ability to connect to your social media accounts and share content from our web pages via social media. Advertising cookies (from third parties) collect information to help tailor advertisements more closely to your interests, both within and outside our websites. In some cases, these cookies involve the processing of your personal data. Refusing these cookies may result in you seeing ads that are less relevant to you or in being unable to connect effectively with Facebook, Twitter or other social networks and/or unable to share content on social media.

For a full and up-to-date summary of each third party that accesses your web browser, we recommend installing a web browser plugin specifically designed for this purpose. You may also choose to have your computer notify you each time a cookie is sent, or you may choose to disable all cookies. This is done through your browser settings on each browser and device that you use.
